What started as a dream to work in the beauty industry quickly turned into something so much bigger — a space where my clients can relax, feel cared for, and leave feeling like the best version of themselves. Cancellation Policy
your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please understand that last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect my business and other clients waiting for appointments.
• A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules.• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee.• No-shows will be charged 60% of the scheduled service.• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and could be charged a late cancellation fee.• Deposits are non-refundable and will go toward your service total.
